Crazy Mums

Tomorrow, Saturday, Morag and I are taking Holly and Finlay (and bump) to Glasgow on the train. This is a big 'dry nappy/pants' treat. Fin LOVES trains and Holly thinks she loves trains but has never actually been on one. Hope she isn't going to be disappointed.

So instead of a leisurely weekend, we are up and away by 8.15am!!!!! eek

I have, in a bizarrely organised manner, actually got some stuff ready in a bag already. I must be excited too. No other explanation. Odd.

Morag, I have decided, is good for me. She is totally, crazily up for doing 'stuff', where as I'll think about it for ever and a day but never actually do anything about it. We've had rain sodden walks to remote castles, picnics in the boot of cars, visits to off-limits beaches and beach picnics, with fire, in the rain. So far, so good. Hope tomorrow lives up to it all too. I'm sure it will... most of the time.

Talking of being good for me, Deborah is also proving to be too. She is still crazily in love with her cafe idea, and so am I. (her more so, it being her idea and she having the brains, but I'm still in there colouring in pretty pictures and smiling a lot!).

Oh, actually, on that note if you know of any Sugar Daddies that are wanting to invest in a cool wee place (and keep their gobs shut), we'd LOVE to hear from them. (we just got the official asking price for somewhere we are interesting in and... pheweeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... we is staggered! And probably buggered! But it won't stop us trying.)

Sunday is to be spent trying to get our heads round forward forecast figures of a business we haven't started and a business plan. Oh and lots of looking at each other vacantly. However, we may manage to fit in a 'fam trip' if we are good.

Busy couple of days and actually weeks ahead... better get some sleep... zzzzzzzzz x
